Refund and Transfer Policy
- Refund Policy during Promotion: Tickets purchased during the promotional campaign can be fully refunded until April 1st, 2025.
- After April 1st, tickets become non-refundable but can be transferred to another participant. If you are unable to attend, you can request to transfer your ticket at any time.
