Good Bourbon. Great Cause. Even Better Company.
Get ready for an epic afternoon at Bourbon Palooza '25, where bourbon lovers, foodies, and music fans unite to celebrate and support something incredible. Happening on Sunday, May 18, from 2 PM to 6 PM at the iconic Silo at Hunt Hill Farm, this one-of-a-kind event is more than just a party—it’s a mission to help preserve The Silo as a cultural treasure for generations to come.
Now, let’s talk bourbon, starting with Litchfield Distillery. These folks know their way around a barrel, and they’re debuting their latest masterpiece just for you. Add in exclusive private barrel tastings from Classic Liquors, where each pour feels like a revelation. Access to rare, allocated bottles? Oh, yes. You might even walk away with something you’ll save for a special occasion—but who are we kidding? You’ll crack it open next week, if not the next day.
Love a good cocktail? Watch the genius mixologists at Greca Mediterranean Kitchen + Bar turn bourbon into liquid poetry. You'll leave craving their concoctions long after the last sip. And their food? No simple snacks here. We’re talking Mediterranean grazing boards and appetizers that will make you believe in flavor again. Overachievers, they’re also one of the event’s sponsors (along with Litchfield Distillery, Classic Liquors, and Kent Falls Brewing). These legends deserve your gratitude and your RSVPs.
Speaking of Kent Falls Brewing, if bourbon’s not your thing (is that legal?), they’ll bring their A-game with craft beer offerings. And yes, there’s wine too. Because not everyone is courageous enough for bourbon, but everyone deserves a good drink.
The vibe? Impeccable, thanks to The Dan Zlotnick Band. These guys don’t just play; they narrate stories through music, turning a crowd into a buzzing community by their final note. And for the cherry on top, we’ve got raffles, door prizes, and a silent auction. Think rare finds, unique bottles, and treasures you didn’t know you needed until now.
Oh, and the Bourbon Bottle Swap. While nothing changes hands here (blame the liquor laws), you’ll walk away with new connections and a spirited list of treasures to hunt down. It’s a bourbon lover’s underground dream, above ground.
