We are a UN ECOSOC-accredited nonprofit with a singular focus: youth empowerment. We achieve this through dynamic programming in arts, music, preservation, conservation, and culinary education. While globally known for our 54-year legacy as Connecticut’s pioneering cooking school founded by Skitch and Ruth Henderson, our true work goes far beyond the kitchen. We use our historic foundation as a launchpad to inspire, educate, and empower the next generation of leaders.
